My mouth and throat burn, mostly when I drink iced coffee, or acidic fooRAB or drinks. My brother says his throat burns too, and he thinks it's alllergies and the post nasal drip? Does PND irritate the throat bad enough to cause this?? I didn't realize it can get this bad. It doesn't burn constantly, but alot when I drink and eat, and sometimes for no reason throughout the day. It's clear, so that's why I couldn't understand how it can burn and irritate the mouth and throat. Sometimes there is so much I have to spit it out. I wonder if that's wy my mouth burns too??/ Any thoughts would be so appreciated. Oh, I am taking acid blockers too, because the doctor thought I had acid reflux, because I told him my throat burned. I really think its the drip, and not the reflux.
