does any body know if the lg dare can be flashed for cricket

i bought a lg dare phone and was wondering if any body knows if it can be flashed for cricket and if everything will work like email and mms please respond thanks
 
Since it's a Verizon LG phone, it should be fully-flashable. Start with the vx10000 LG Voyager tutorial in the HOW TO sticky at the top.
 
I think there are at least three or four different versions of the vx9900 .DLL.

Check Humpa's site to be sure.

Why don't you try first then let the rest of us know how it turned out.
 
can u please explain how u did it and are u sure that everything worked like picture message and internet and text and talk if so i would love to know so i can get mine done thanks alot i would realy appreciate it
 
Quit bein lazy and asking for handouts man. Everything you need to know has already been posted in this thread now its just on you to try it out. If youre too scared that you might brick your phone then maybe flashing it yourself aint for you. Pay someone to do it for you.
 
i am not lazy but i dont flash them myself i was paying a guy to do it but he could not figure it out how th get the email/internet and mms picture mail because he had not seen one yet so any help i can get to give to him will help.also i am new to this board so i dont know where the hand outs are please let me know thanks
 
I have one of these in my hanRAB, tryin to programm it right now :) , funny customer is not willing to pay to get mms n wap working..
 
Well got wap/mms/talk/text to work very decent phone and easy very much alike the Voyager not my taste though i need a keyboard.
I just reverted setting back to Verizon as the customer did not wish to get everything to work what a waste, i just wanted to see it worked and it did :)
 
should be just like the voyager, funny, flashing phones has gone to something complicated to something were you use OTA and it works lol
 
Oh by the way none of the 9900 DLLS work nor the Version of Bitpim used with the LG voyager and the one vx9700 dll found on humpas website does not work with LG download, you will need to use the vx9100 DLL aka Env 2 DLL and upgrade your bitpim version to newest one which supports this phone 1.0.06 Released july 24, 2008; after that well without berrys breathrough much none of this is wouldve been possible & also Stevekice with his Voyager tut, hey maybe someday ill be mafia Lol like them ha
 
juan, if i were u, id just listen and use same dll cricket used, if he just used it and had it work, then do the same, change the settings just like u would in voyager tut, but use 9100 dll.
 
^^^ what do you mean? LOL, i actually meant i flashed a voyager no long ago and used the 1000dll, i wasn't asking for help, i was helping the boy lol
