Iam 27 years old Female,6 months back I got Panic Attack.2 months back I got Pregnent,but during my 6th week of pregnency,heart beat of feutus suddenly stopped and I got miscarried.Does Anxiety effects Pregnency?Please help me.Iam planning to get Homeopathic treatment for Anxiety?Is it good?
