I have had anxiety and panic attacks in the past. I know what it does to you. It used to make me tired, dizzy, and I used to have a outer body experience. I had a very stressful year last year. My husband's job was changed, I had my gallbladder removed. I kept getting sick because of the surgery brought my immune system down. I ended up with walking pneumonia. It made me depressed at times. If I ever got this way - I would exercise, eat right and meditate and usually goes away. I did keep getting episodes of nausea, belching, and sick to my stomach. These episodes would come every two weeks or sometimes every week. I thought this has to be complications from my gallbladder surgery. So I saw the doctors many times and she sent me to a gasterologist. He did many test and so far nothing has showed up and next is an endoscopy.

He had to prescribe anti anxiety pills so I would calm down. The nausea would come and go but when you got it - it made you nervous. I noticed everytime I went to the doctors office my nausea would get worse and I would have to run to the bathroom because of dirreahea.

This doctor thinks this is all in my head. He treats me like a crazy lady. I don't feel like I am making this up. I never had anxiety episodes like this.
Could I be doing this?

Yes it is. If you look under the sticked thread "Common Panic Disorder/Anxiety Symptoms" you'll see it's a common symptom.

STOMACH / ABDOMINAL sensations~

* nausea (flight and flight response or caused by not eating)
* loss of appetite (effects of anxiety disorder)
* churning stomach (flight and flight response)
* burning stomach (flight and flight response or caused by not eating)
* indigestion (flight and flight response)
* abdominal pain (tension or caused by not eating)
* digestive problems (flight and flight response or caused by not eating)

Like KillPanic said yes it does.

I can always tell how anxious I am about a situation by how nauseaous I am.

Lets say you had some really bad stress to deal with and you felt fine after all the stress has settled down - can it catch up with you like a week later like you end up with anxiety. Like I had some test done and I feared the worse thought I had cancer so I worked myself up and stressed out but as soon as I found out that I was ok. I started to feel good again but a week later I had a nausea attack and because of the nausea I started to get anxiety.

I guess its possible when everything catches up.

You anxiety is tied to your nausea. When you get nauseaous you get anxious because nausea is a sign when you are anxious.
