I'm looking at a Ducati Monster 696. It is air cooled. A friend told me to stay away from air cooled bikes because they get too hot in traffic. I love the look and feel of the naked monsters. I'm just worried about the heat in traffic.

Does it roast your thighs?

one of my friends had a ducati monster 696, when me and him drove throughout the summer months in stop n' go traffic or traffic jams he never complained about it, nore did my zx11 ninja, and the hot of the summer hear is usally around 80 in chicago so might run into that type of trouble if you in Arizona or Nevada.
