Hi,
I was wondering that if Vit E, as a fat soluble antioxidant, prevents Omega 3 oxidation, what would Alpha Lipoic Acid would do?
It recycles Vit C directly and Vit E indirectly, and it's both water and fat soluble antioxidant. So I think it prevents Omega 3 oxidation!!!!!!
I hope someone has more info about this, I hope I'm not mistaken :dizzy:
