Does all Fish Oil have Omega 3? or is Omega 3 an additive?

I was in CVS and found two bottles of Fish Oil. One bottle said "Fish Oil with Omega 3", the other bottle said "Natural Fish Oil". Since the "Natural Fish Oil" was less expensive, I asked the Pharmacist what is the difference, expecting her to say no Omega 3 in the "Natural). But, the pharmacist got all "snippy" and said both had Omega 3 and then just walked away. (what a witch). So, does all Fish Oil have Omega 3 or is it an additive?
