does adding a new phone line come with a new phone (tmobile) ?

i already have 3 lines under my name but i want to add another line , does it come with a free phone or do i have to purchase it ? how much does adding a new line cost? is there anyway for the new number not to show on the bills?
 
If your under a contract you get the lowest price on the phones and it cost about $10 to add someone. There is no way for it to not show up, if its on the account its on the bill
