I had to take off a week and a half of running because of a minor concussion. I am a college sprinter (100m-400m) and I will be getting back into the season right around important meets. Will I have lost a lot? I know my fitness level is probably still good because I've been running since November, but I'm still worried about it taking time to get to where I was. Any similar situations and advice?
