Does a stationary bike help lose a lot of weight?

I am a 17 year old female & I want to lose alot of weight in 3 weeks. I have changed my diet intake and started to fruits with yogurt or milk in the morning for breakfast and salad in the evening for dinner before 7 - 8. I exercise for about 50 minutes every day, for 4 -5 days a week.

My question is that do you lose a lot of weight around your belly, butt and legs from stationary cycling?

I really want to lose weight around my stomach and my legs.. will cycling for 50 minutes 4 -5 days a week help lose weight fast?

Also, I don’t own any type of gym or weight training equipment etc. The only thing I own is the stationary Bike.

So if there are any suggestions please keep that in mind.

I am just wondering if I can eat any type of wheat? such as 2 pieces of bread etc. a day or NO type of wheat etc. ?
Should I exercise 30 minutes in the morning as well? and then 50 minutes in the evening around 5:30PM - 6:30PM???
