Does a sidekick lx charger work for a G1 also?

Do any of you guys have a sidekick LX and a G1 and know if you can use the same charger for both? I bought a G1 from Ebay but it doesnt come with a charger. I know G1 and Blackberry can use the same charger and sidekick lx & blackberry can use the same charger also..
