or rule out a b12 deficiency?

The reason I'm asking is because I don't want to bother my doctor again so soon as i've been constantly for the last week, anyway...

I did get told that the results said I was fine. No diabetes, no anaemia etc.
But I heard there was like 3 kinds of anaemia, and I was wondering about b12 deficiency because I really think I might be deficient.

However, doesn't that make you anaemic, or would it be possible to still be deficient, despite not being anemic??

I'm just wondering, don't even bother telling me to phone my doctor because I'm not going to. If you don't know then go to the next question. Thanks
hmmm I have all the symptoms of anaemia and apparently do not have it.

If you're a vegan and don't eat plenty of mushrooms and other B12 containing grains and vegetables, you could be deficient. However, if you eat meat, or fish, or eggs, or cheese and drink milk you shouldn't be unless you have an underlining disease or addiction (alcoholism?) which might strip your body of B12.

Iron deficiency is, as I understand it, the main cause of anaemia, so make sure you eat plenty of leafy green veges like spinach, cabbage, Brussels Sprouts, broccoli, etc. Also, if you're old enough, red wine and Guinness (not together!) are good sources of iron.
