My ex was ordered to pay me alimony and has not ...He got a lawyer and since than has not paid alimony can his lawyer be allowed to discontinue my alimony without a court hearing?? any advice would be helpfull this is in calif..I do have a court date I did get a lawyer but is is right for his lawyer to advice him not to pay?
DOES A LAWYER HAVE THE RIGHT TO TELL HIS CLIENT NOT TO PAY COURT ORDER ALIMONY?
