...allow people to drink there? I've seen that Chicago allows BYOB for restaurants, but I can't seem to find if Illinois in general, or Lake County specifically has some sort of BYOB license that must be purchased to allow drinking inside the establishment.
Considering the establishment is a Hookah Lounge it falls into a different category then do restaurants when it comes to legal questions. Because of this we are unaware if the Hookah Lounge needs some sort of BYOB license in illinois (If the license exists) to allow drinking inside the establishment. (Assuming those drinking are of legal age.) Any help is appreciated.
