So I was driving in my car today and there were already two cop cars blocking my lane and the opposite lane when I made a lane turn they were already there. I think they were talking.. and I stopped and waited for the two cops to leave. Then they flashed their light, headlights, once and then they both left. Was there anything wrong I did or they did? I thought they were going to get out and talk to me or something.
Does a flashing light from a cop mean anything?
