I don't mean a smart phone that can play games, I am looking for a Handheld gaming console that doubles as a Cell Phone and vise-versea or if one could create a mod which would meet those prerequisites within an affordable budget (less than $100 preferably). Nothing horribly fancy necessary, A simple Gameboy Advance mod would do.
