ok, so im 14 years old and my fatherwant me to move with him.
i love with my mother and i DO NOT want to move in with my father
he lives in long island and my mother lives in brooklyn, which is where i live. I have good grades and i dont skip school or anything. My father wants me to move with him because he "wants a better eductaion for me" which he thinks i can get in an long island high school rather then the one i got accepted to in the city(manhattan).
i really do not want to move with him. for different reasons. One is, hes always yelling at me for no reason. He has anger problems. ive already tried living with him when i was younger and i did not like it. therfore, i do not want to try it again.he said that im GOING TO MOVE IN WITH HIM wheather i like it or not. what i want to know is that if i say i want to stay with my mother, will they listen? what happeneds?
i reallly dont like him. i do not want to move with him. please help me..im desperate. : /
my mother doesnt want me to with with him either

talk to your mother about it and get a family lawyer. Your opinion does count, or this country is more socialist than I thought.
