Yes that car has a double DIN radio.
To explain the difference, a single DIN radio is a standard size unit like 80% of all the aftermatket radios and measures aproximately 7" wide by 2" high. A double DIN unit is one that doubles that size as if you were to have 2 single DIN units stacked on top of each other which is aproximately 7" wide by 4" high.
