Does a 1996 Honda Civic EX w/ 125k miles on it for $2750 sound like a good deal?

I know a little about cars, im sort of on the fence about it, I called and they said its well maintained and runs good. CV Joint replaced about a year ago, Timing belt and water pump were replaced at 115,000 miles. Any mechanics in the house your option would be greatly appreciated?

ps: 2 door, automatic
