Probably not but there is another solution. Some amps have a 'high power input' that you can use. Basically, you will splice into your rear speaker wires and run them to the high input on the amp. It isn't going to be a show system but will work pretty good if you are just wanting to drop in a sub or two in the trunk to enhance your sound.
 
...to install an Amp for a sub? I cannot replace the radio as far as I know because my A/C system is intertwined with my stock head unit.
