Dodge van power window problem (1988)?

I've been looking to buy an older dodge van, I have found two '88's that both have power window problems, one is falling off the track. Is this an easy fix for someone mechanically inclined?

Please don't give advice on what I should buy. I'm only interested in the window problem.

If thats the only real problem yes those are basically very easy to fix and you can fix it yourself if you're mechanically inclined no problem.I might gain some experience by going to an auto wreckers and taking some door panels off and checking first hand what all is actually involved.
