Dodge Stratus battery relocate?

I was thinking about relocating the battery on my 96 dodge stratus so that I can make room for a cold air intake. I was planing on putting the battery into my trunk. I was wondering if there was an exact way to do this? Also are there any problems that come for relocating the battery.
