I bought a Dodge Ram at Rodeo Ford in Dallas, Texas. Later on I went to trade in the truck. Rodeo Ford told me that it would all be taken care of and that I wouldnt have to fill out any paperwork. So I traded in the Ram and bought a new Ford F-I50. About a week later Rodeo Ford calls me saying that they could not trade my truck and they gave it back to me. So now I am stuck paying for two trucks. They tricked me into buying two trucks. What can I do about this?
I asked in the elections category because no one was answering in the other

This seems to be a trick they use. I know someone who had an old truck he 'gave' to a dealer when he bought a new car. No paperwork, either. He later got parking tickets for the old one. You can't trust those people. Don't do it again.

Maybe contact the Better Business Bureau or some other consumer advocate agency.

Contact Duane Overholt he is a good guy and know how to deal with shady auto dealers

I don't have the contact info sorry

give them back the new truck and the keys with a certified letter of statment of what happened, then find a lawyer for backup, literaly they are in breach of contract.
