Dodge Ram Slant Six Exhaust?

I own a 1982 Dodge Ram with a Slant Six. How do I know what size Slant Six is in it? Also, I am going to get a new exhaust system, I was thinking about getting Magnaflow High Flow Cats, staright piping it, and having the pipes split into dual exhaust before going over the rear axle. Is this a good idea? Also, does anyone know what quality sound it will give?
 
actually there were 2 size slant sixes the very later were different they had 2 barrel intake and carb
 
The only size slant 6 came in was the 225. You can do what you want to with the exaust short of capping it off and will not tell a power difference. If you are not worried about emmissions just put a glass pack on it and let it go. If you want the duel look then go for it but you will only be going this for the looks. If i wanted sound i would just run one straight pipe out behind one of the rear tires.
