Dodge Ram Financial Problems?

I just Recently bought a 2007 dodge ram hemi (about 6 months ago) everything was going good but then we had some financial problems hit us and I can no longer afford the payments. Were only about a month behind so far but Im not going to be able to afford the payments. Does anybody know what other options I have besides repossession, I've just started to get pretty good credit and i want this to be my last choice. I owe about 20,000 on the truck. Thanks
