P Patryk New member Apr 13, 2009 #1 My dodge ram is 130K 2002 4.7 v8 I blow the head gasket and engine block has crack - My friend has 2007 jeep grand cherokee( 8K miles on it ) 4.7 v8 with out transmision but with all computers and wires - is possible to do that or not ?
