dodge ram does not start?

my 1500 ram sometimes will crank but not fire but it only does it wen i shut in down and the engine is warm if i let it set for a while its good to go. i know its not the battery cause i just put a new one in 3 weeks age, any ideas?
 
the starter is probably heating up and causing this too happen when the brushes get bad they will do this,have it checked, id say it needs replaced,they will start good when cold but no so good when hot,good luck.
