X XIII New member Jul 5, 2009 #1 Will 94 through 98 Dodge Ram 1500 318 (5.2) cylinder heads fit on a 99 Dodge Ram 1500 360 (5.9)? I have a 95 318 I want to take the heads off of and put on my 99. I know there will be power loss, But will they fit and run without any damage?

D disturbed_metal_head_02 New member Jul 5, 2009 #2 yes the parts are interchangable the air flow was just altered between the two to make more hp on the heads so yes it will fit
