Dodge Ram Clunck noise (continued)?

So i looked a little closer and the clunking noise from below my truck is my transmission hitting the floor board whenever i floor it in my truck.

My question now is in a 1998 dodge Ram 1500 with a manual transmission, is the square rubber mount undernieth the transfer case supposed to stop the tranny and transfercase from jumping up or do they just rest on there. When i put a jack under the transfer case they would lift right up off the mount. So i am wondering if my mount is worn out or if there is other mounts somewhere that might be broken allowing the transmission and transfercase to jump up.

that will do it,their not supposed to move up and down,if it does that it means the mount is broken on it,that will also cause the u-joints to wear real bad in it also, and you,l hear constant noises from it,when mine broke i could watch my gear shifter move around,it will also cause damage to the motor mounts if you don't repair it,good luck.
