Dodge Ram 2004. Coolant leak when it's cold outside only?

I came home from the holidays the other day to find a puddle under my truck (which had been sitting out in the drive way). The temperature had dipped to the low '20's while I was away (2 nights).

I opened my hood to discover my coolant level was about half an inch below the minimum line. I filled it up, but couldn't find any leaks.

The next few days I searched for leaks (and kept my truck in the garage during the nights - the temp probably dropped to 35 at the lowest), but was unable to find any leaks. With no success, I put my truck back into the driveway, and the next morning I returned to find that there was another puddle under my truck. The temperature had probably dropped to the low '20's this time.

I got up underneath and best I could tell is that the leak was coming from the back of the engine, closer to the drivers side. I'm not great w/ car parts or names, so that's the best description I can give. I'm guessing it's where the water pump connects.

Any ideas or suggestions here?
