Dodge question - Will a 4 bbl intake manifold off a 360 bolt up to a 318?

I have an '86 Dodge W150 Power Wagon with a 318. Right now The 2 bbl carb and manifold set up does not give me enough power so I was thinking about switching to a 4 bbl carb and manifold set up. Will it drop in and bolt up? Also, will this swap affect the vacuum hose routing?
 
as long as both engines are a small block the it should bolt right up. before doing it check for the vacuum sources to make sure you can hook everything up.
