2003 Dodge Neon High Idle...?
I pulled out of the parking lot when the car started idling as high as it could go,and the brakes pedal was very stiff ,alot of pressure. i turned the car off, but everytime i turn it on it still does this. I can put it in gear and it runs slowly down the road. If I press the acellerator it will rrun eally fast. What should I do to find out what the problem is .
