dodge neon srt 4 turbo leak?

2004 srt 4 wont push any boost after 2 psi, but when its cold it can reach right around 5 psi. before this problem started it was pushing 20-22 psi due to aftermarket turbo, bov and exhust.
i have replaced all the hoses that were suggested to me by the dodge service guys.
any clues to where the " leak " may be coming from??
 
you said after market parts so id check those first,then check the intake gasket,the above answer was real good on checking for leaks, you can use water to find a leak on a turbo or soapy water in a bottle works just as good,good luck.
