Dodge neon problems 1997?

I have a dodge neon 1997 and it was working perfectly fine and then one day it just made this weird noise and so i pulled over and then the oil pressure light went on. i turned off the engine and checked everything out and when i tried to start it again.. it wont. the lights and radio can come on but it wont start fully. WHATS THE PROBLEM?
 
you,ll probably have to get it towed to a shop to be checked out we cant tell you why exactly it did that but from what you described it sounds like it broke the timing belt and jumped timing,and that's going to be a real expensive job to repair,especially on that car,good luck.
 
Had a similar prob with my exs neon. she snapped the intake rocker arm shaft in 3 places. and discribe what u mean it wont start fully
