2002 Dodge Neon had the battery replaced about a month ago. Since then, we've driven the vehicle over 1100 miles, highway and stop and go, full tank to empty tank, filled back up to three quarter full and ran it down. There is not, and has not been any check engine lights on. Car passed emissions last year with flying colors. Any suggestions, as the emissions guy tells me to complete a drive cycle........even after I did all the above.
