Dodge neon 1998 horn, brakes and indicator lights do not work?

I check the fuses for the indicator light, they are fine and pass electricity test. The car has been standing for about 6 months on/off. I am suspecting some rust but headlight, internal light do works. It's only the turns signals (front +rear), horn and brake which do not work. Can all the lights just for at the same time? I checked the fuse box on left of steering wheel as well as the fuse box (main power outlet) under the hood, both are fine. What else could be the problem?
