2002 dodge durango 4.7 4WD. Okay well I am getting ready to buy both the front half-shafts and I run into a problem. There are some half-shafts on auto zone that say they fit both sides for my vehicle. Then there is one brand that has a different one for each side. They may be the same part but I don't know. So the question is are the half-shafts in the front the same part. I don't want to buy two half-shafts that only fit on side. Also I really have no idea but are the front cv joints part of the half-shafts or are they a completely different part. I know they are available separately but if they aren't part of the half shaft with all the work im doing I want to get a lot done with as littlerepetitionn.
