Dodge intrepid oxygen sensor code P0138?

Hi. I asked this question earlier, but I did not provide the code. The code was P0138 and it says bank one sensor 2.

Is this the sensor on the driver side or passenger side? Also is it the one on the top or on the bottom of the engine?

Also if you can tell me what kind I need to purchase, I would greatly apprediate that.
