Dodge Grand Caravan SXT 2005 Stereo?

I own a Dodge grand Caravan SXT 2005. I am trying to determine which stereo is installed in my van. I am interested in the touch screen model (CH-4100) and the price of them have come down considerably. At present I have the factory cassette/CD w/ Multi CD/ changer installed.

1) Does anyone know if this CH-4100 is a swap out, for what I currently have installed?

2) If not, is there a wiring kit that will make it work easly?

3) On the other end, are there wiring kits that will allow me to purchase an aftermarket stereo and use the steering wheel controls?

I highly doubt that the steering wheels controls can be adapted but if you get a factory replacement stereo then its quite possible , plus yes there is wiring adaptor harness's that you can buy usually for about 20 to 25 bucks that will allow you to install a aftermarket stereo easily.Most of the big car stereo shops will have the harness you need and face plate kits too for about 50 bucks all in all by the way.
