Dodge Durango SUV Camper Towing Gears?

I am driving an automatic 2003 Dodge Durango SUV, and I own a tow-behind camper that's 21 feet long, and about 4200 lbs. My problem is that I'm unsure of what gear to tow it, even though it's automatic. The Durango is always in 'Overdrive' (by default) and theres an option to turn Overdrive off. Theres a normal Drive (D) and two other gears (2 and 1). Also, it's 4-wheel drive, and it has 4wd High, and 4wd Low. For highway driving while towing my camper, which gear do I use? Do I keep it in Drive? Or do I use something else? Thanks,
