Dodge Durango SPEAKER PROBLEM HELP!!!?

Put a new radio in my 2001 Dodge durango. It's a Pioneer Premier and when i hook everything up, speakers wont work at all. all good fuses and everything, checked all fuses, tried the reg radio to see if they worked but they still dont work. help!!!
 
Make sure all the wires are connected in the back CORRECTLY! Go over the wiring diagrams a couple of times just to make sure you have it right.
