I have 155.000 miles on my truck. I have notice it started hesitating when i would pull off and the motor was knocking. I took it back to the place where i brought the car and they fixed that by changing 16 plugs that needed to be soaked in oil fro 12 hrs.(cant think of the name of the parts) A week later the truck was pulling of slow. I took it back again and they kept it for two weeks. Got it back and a week later when i get to 2nd gear it just says there, so i had to pull over to so i would damage it more. i was told they probably just changed the trans filter and that's why it run good for a week. I have two questions, Do that sound like what they did? Do it sound like i need a new trans or can that be fixed with replacing something on the trans? Thanks in Advance......
