dodge dealership rip off, how gay is this?

i just called the dodge dealership cause i want srt8 rims for my charger and the guy said it would be 1100 for 1 20" rim not including a wheel. so 4400 for 4 20" rims and no tires. im pissed!
 
Oh check out Car & Driver. They do not have SRT8 rims, but they have cool ones. My GF got it for her Challanger.
