Dodge Dakota Trouble?

I drive a 2001 Dodge Dakota four door with a 4.7 and Im having trouble with it. Everytime I start it up it dies unless you run it up past 1000 rpms. And it will not idle. Ive bought two new throttle position sensors and put on it. Can anyone tell me what is wrong with it?

maybe the idle air control sensor is bad.
