Dodge Dakota Daytime Running Lights?

I have a 1997 Dodge Dakota, and I know that if you are in Canada, it will have DRLs. Well, that is something that I want, but I do not live in Canada, so I need to know where I can find a Canadian headlight module or something like that so that I can have them. PLEASE.
 
Most auto parts stores sell a kit to add DRLs. It's just a simple relay hooked to your head lamps.
