dodge charger(2007) windows fogging up?

i have a 2007 charger sxt and this winters the windows started fogging up pretty bad.
things i've tried
1. heater core checked, no water leak
2. turned ac to dehumidify
3. used the defroster at full speed
none of these seem to work. one of my friends has the same car but his car is just fine.
can anybody please help.
 
Are you parking in a garage??

I have an 06 RT, when it's cold out and I park it in the garage sometimes the floor mats are damp, and if they don't have time to dry out then I take it outside with the heater on it's ok until I park it outside, when I come back to it then the windows are fogged up. If you leave the windows down about a 1/4 inch it doesn't seem to do it.
