Having problems with my 98 Dodge Grand Caravan. With the keys in the ignition, I can't get the rear windshield wipers to turn off. The only way to turn it off is to remove the keys from the ignition. The rear windshield wipers switch will light and unlight when i press the button, but it has no effect on the wiper (it's always on). I've tried resetting the computer buy unplugging the battery terminals for 2 minutes, The fuse that controls the rear windshield wiper also controls all the alarms, warning indicators, on the dash and the heater controls (so pulling the fuse is not an option) For now, I've unplugged the rear windshield motor so it has no power going to it. Does anyone know a real fix so i can still use my rear windshield wiper in the future?
