Dodge Avenger Chill Zone and cooling/heating cup holder?

Do ALL 2008 Dodge Avengers come with the Chill Zone (a compartment in the dashboard that can hold up to four 12 oz. cans and keep them cool) and the cooling/heating cup holder in the front? Or, is that just something that you add on extra to it/only some cars come with it?
Please note that I wrote 2008 pease lol I just don't want anyone answering this with the 2009 model in mind or something.
 
Yeah, they all have it. It's standard equipment on all 2008 models.

Dodge starts the Avenger line-up with a base SE model, coming standard with the basics - air conditioning, cruise control, 16-inch steel wheels, anti-theft, power accessories, and some standard niceties such as two power outlets, a tilt and telescoping steering wheel
, an auxiliary jack for MP3 players, and the cooled glovebox, called the “Chill Zone.”
