i recently rebuilt the 904 torqueflite transmission i put new clutches and seals. we test it out after that it still doesnt go in reverse or 3rd gear. the only thing we assume that is not good on it was the valve body because when it goes in reverse it severely starts to slip. so i bought a valve body to replace the old stock one and now it wont go in reverse period the engine doesnt even drop down but goes in drive fine. why do all this and wont go in reverse still?
