dodge 360 motor wont start?

i just put a used 360 motor into my 95 dodge ram, it will turn over but will not start. I already checked for fuel and spark, they are both there and there are no codes stored in the computer. And all the electrical connectors are plugged in. Is it possible that the distributor is soo far off that it will not even try to start? Or anything else i am overlooking?
